Star Biryani
It really felt like a “Star”. This Chicken Dum Biryani is one of the best I’ve eaten in my locality. The quantity seemed to be a bit less, but, compared to the taste, you’d barely even complain about it. The aroma of the whole dish is really nostalgic, at least for me. Wow! The chicken is tender, soft, juicy, and falls apart right off the bone. The rice is well cooked and flavoursome, chicken pieces are tender, soft, juicy, and yes! falls off the bones. I told it twice because I liked it twice as much as the other local biryanis. Although it would be sufficient for only one person to the fullest, you definitely will be satisfied. I suggest this if you are around this area.
My expectations are really low, but it checked most of the right boxes. The balance in the ingredients of masala seemed a bit off. There is one element which made it sour and salty, but not in a good way. In the end, it complimented the dish but that particular taste seemed a bit off. Probably anyone would notice it as it is a small thing in the background tastes.
